shcherbakov, трекер можно сказать и держится за счет випов и траст сидеров. Первые помогают с оплатой сервера и сидбокса, а вторые помогают с раздачей файлов

ещё один плюс за оплату випа - всем возмущающимся ограничениями ссылку на кассу.
