### **ROR (Rules of the Road) – Maritime Navigation Rules**
ROR, or **Rules of the Road**, refers to the internationally accepted regulations that govern the movement of vessels at sea to prevent collisions. These rules are officially known as the **International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs)**, established by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
